We came close to major accident when a sliding bar for the shower sprayer fell apart when being used as a grab bar. I called Vines hoping they could help remedy the problem. Within a couple of hours Jody Vine came by, fixed the broken slide bar and is ordering a grab bar for that shower as well as a grab bar for the guest toilet area. Also we decided to sign up for their Platinum Pro membership.which seems like a very good plan.
Jace Jones was very professional and courteous. He explained our new system to us clearly. Installation was easy. He helped us set up our phones to monitor the system and we are good to go. Nice young man.
Rob Riggin was very polite and professional. He took before and after pictures. He explained what he had done. I was pleased.
Vine's service technician, Wesley F, completed a thorough biannual HVAC tune up. It's nice to know the AC system is in top running condition during this extremely hot weather. Although a technology glitch caused a problem with my confirmed scheduled appointment time, Wesley didn't rush, addressed everything as it should be in a tune up and stayed past 6:00 pm to properly complete the job. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service from Jayson at Vines. Service technician was early, polite, took a lot of time to explain what the problem was with my Air conditioning system. He explained multiple options to resolve my issue, and showed me pictures of the damaged equipment as well as the replaced equipment . He even took the time to change my air filters for me! Great job! Very friendly great customer service, fair pricing. This is my second time working with this organization, and can recommend them with confidence.
Landon always goes above and beyond for all of our properties we manage at Unwind!!! He’s very professional and honest and has made some very late calls like he did last night. Although not an emergency, Vines was able to respond to our situation on the same day we called them. Eric went above and beyond when addressing both of our repair needs. So incredibly more competent and professional compared to the other well known plumber in North Myrtle Beach. Vines is the ONLY plumber we'll ever call.
This morning Landon Rhodes came first thing at 8:30 for our Premium Maintenance service. We have had Landon previously and is very efficient and knowledgeable. The explained what he was doing and changed our air filters then updated the Vines app on my phone
We have used Vines several times. We find them very professional and dependable.They are friendly and take the time to explain things to us. A recent example of this is Hunter, who did a great job setting us up with a temporary hot water heater. When you are in a bind, do not hesitate to call Vines.

My son was replacing our garbage disposal and the drain was in the way so we had to call for back up! Corey came out and did a fantastic job got us back up and running very quickly!

We just joined the Vine’s Pro Service Plan and had our initial plumbing and hvac visits today. Ruben and Wes were both on time, courteous, and very hard working. Wes especially went out of his way on a very hot day and worked extremely hard for a few hours to ensure our AC units were properly serviced. Both guys Did an outstanding job. Highly recommend Vines and these two gentlemen.
Cory Clayberg was our technician for a plumbing leak and a new kitchen faucet installation. Cory was on time and very professional. He represented himself and the and the Vines company superbly! He was personal, informative, and discussed all the repair options without being pushy to choose one option over the other. I actually requested that Cory come back to our residence after he had already been out one for a different issue. The vines front office said that they could have a tech out earlier, but I asked for Cory even though I had to wait I bit longer to get the my repairs done. 5 STARS all the way around. AWESOME job Cory!

Nick and Jace did a great job of installing a Reverse Osmosis and whole house Halo water purification system. They are very knowledgable and very nice people. We highly recommend Nick and Jace for future installations of the Halo water purification system.

I had some trouble with my AC so I’ve heard a lot of good things about Vines Restoration Plumbing HVAC. They are a Christian based company. They are a company that contributes to many charities and gives back to the community. Couldn’t ask for any better business. José came to work on my HVAC. Couldnt ask for a more polite person who knew his job and was very knowledgeable. He gave me options on my repair after diagnosing the problem. He repaired the system on a very hot day working a lot in my hot attic. He is a great asset for Vines. Would I recommend this business you better believe it. I highly recommend it. Corey was great. The job turned into something much more significant than originally thought. It took him 10 hours to get someone else’s messy plumbing fixed up and in good shape. I didn’t get charged for any extra labor. We appreciated the service!
Definitely very knowledgeable and professional! They discussed several options that I was interested in pursuing— tanked versus tankless, sizes, location, and etc. They were very thorough in explaining pros and cons of each variation. I was able to make an informed decision that works best for me. I truly appreciate all the time they spent up front in helping me! They charged my elderly parents just about 1000 to snake 40 ft of pipe. They left the cover off outside pipe. Come on guys I know your a business to make money but I think that is taking advantage!!!!
Update so I called them back and they said that somebody from the service department would get a hold of me the next day. Nobody got a hold of me the next day. .I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Unless you want to get ripped off and never get a phone call back!!!

I called Vines due to a clogged kitchen sink. Eric was the tech who responded to my call. He immediately figured out the problem & I decided to get a new garbage disposal which he luckily had on his truck ! He was very tolerant of my dog’s barking and got things functioning normally in a very short time ! Great job Eric !!!

I needed a plumber to fix a pinhole leak on my spigot and Vines waived the service fee for me and God sent me David Brennan who is a man of God, and he is a Master Plumber who has over 30 years experience, he was very honest and upfront, he has a great attitude and is focused on getting the problems solved quickly and at an affordable price, I had got a quote from 3 plumbers near me in Myrtle Beach and out of the 3 Vines was the most affordable and most knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Vines, specifically, David Brennan, to anyone needing honest plumbing work done right.
He has saved us from the hottest days of summer twice! He knows exactly what is wrong and gets the job done. We are so happy when we see him show up for our service calls, great technician.

We recently developed a water leak at our business. This leak was inside the walls of an older structure. I called the plumbing company we normally used, they came out a told me the needed a special crew for this repair and they were booked up for the next 4 days. I was in a bind so I called Vines Restoration and Plumbing. I told them my story and within 30 minutes I received an email saying they were on their way. Jody and Kelly showed up and got to work. It was no easy task and they worked after normal hours to finish the job. Later that night we had water back on and back in business thanks to Vines.

I reached out to Vines for a Bathroom remodel, was connected to Anthony, and he came out to look at the project. He was professional, very responsive and had an outstanding sense of construction and bathroom remodels. He listened to what I was thinking, gave me an estimate, and put all the details of the project in writing. He made himself available for questions and got the materials together, always checking in to make sure we were on the same page. This first step gave me the confidence that I needed for Vines to take on the project!
Then he introduced me to Frankie who took it from there. Frankie kept the project moving, he communicated well and was always letting me know what the next step was, who was coming in and what their responsibility would be. Frankie would check in on the project and answer the many questions that I had and was very patient with me. At one time, he reassured me on a decision that I made that it would work out, and I appreciated his confidence. He followed up on questions and didn't hesitate to get materials that were needed to put my vision to fruition.

Most businesses are interested in the money and up charge at every corner. I highly recommend Vines Plumbing! How lucky we were to have Gene and Hunter, they were so professional and knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient and so pleasant. We had to go from septic to sewer and we thought that our brick foundation would have to be broke through to get the pipes but they figured out how to do it right in front of the house, so smart. Saved us money and time. You guys rock!!!!!

The service was excellent. Had an emergency situation where I had to shut off main water line. Vines had someone out within 2 hours. The service was great. He explained everything that need to be done and gave estimated cost before any repairs were done.
Alex completed replacement of our two HVAC systems, installed new smart thermostats, installed dampers to balance heat/cooling throughout home and smart sensors within each unit help track efficiency all in less than two business days. Adam installed a new HALO water filtration system loving it so far. Kelly completed full whole house plumbing inspection, very thorough - he also addressed and fixed a small leak coming from the installed HALO without any issues or damage caused! The Vines Team were fast, accurate and very professional. We are so very thankful and have been enjoying our new units!!

They accomplished in an hour what several maintenence workers and plumbers couldn't do in 2 days. I was so impressed and satisfied with not only their work but also the way they explained things and got the job done so proficiently. They were well mannered and a pleasure to have working in my home. If I ever experience any plumbing issues of any kind in the future I

The work done by both plumbing and HVAC crews left me impressed. Both crews performed high quality work. Prompt, polite, friendly and highly skilled. Excellent! It was easy to schedule the estimate and service. Patrick was timely with the estimate. Both he and Dennis provided exceptional service for my water heater replacement and shut off valve. Dennis repositioned and installed the quarter turn making access a breeze.

Explained options and prices thoroughly. He came out quickly after the heater shut off overnight unexpectedly. Very prompt and thorough. The unit had blown the circuit breaker. Replaced with a new breaker and unit started right up. Thanks for the quick repair. In a bind call Vines !!

Scott came and installed our new HVAC. He and his helper were very friendly and professional, they respected us and our property by covering the floors and didn’t bang the walls while removing and replacing the air handler which is in our attic (using a ladder to remove old handler and installing the new one). They cleaned up and swept any debris that was left. We were impressed with them.
Will be checking on a whole house water filter system in the future.

Keith, explained the Halo water system completely with the initial phone call. He is very knowledgeable about the system and a great professional installer. His work is professional and cleans up after. His assistant Craig was his right hand and completed the under house work exceptionally.
Keith also recommended replacing a 23 year old hot water heater due to the Halo system cleaning the water would cause the tank to leak as the sediment dissolves.
I would recommend Vines and Keith for your water quality experts. My water taste is so much better even on install day!

I can’t say enough about the team at Vines Restoration. I needed a new water heater and I called Howard Bromberg to see how much it would cost. He was very knowledgeable and sent over three quotes within minutes of my request. I selected one and he passed it over to Hannah, who set up the installation and was very friendly. She sent me friendly reminders regarding my appointment. On the day of the installation I received an email from Vines with a picture of Jared the installation tech who would be installing the water heater. Jared sent me a text message letting me know when he would arrive. As soon as he arrived, I could tell that he was a professional, and would get the job done. I’m very happy with the installation. The water is running I have hot and cold water. Thank you again to the team at Vines. I appreciate everything.
Vines came did an estimate on AC/heat for my shop. By far the most competitive price out there. Installed the system within a week of initial quote. This outside unit is massive and so far efficient. My shop stays at 72-74 even on the hottest days. The team was so professional, knowledgeable and quick. I do not believe the process could've been any better. So grateful Vines and all its team members.
Glad we went with Vines. The technician, Pete, was great. We received a text when he was on his way, he arrived on time early in the window provided, he was efficient and knowledgeable and spoke to us in a way that we understood. He was polite and even helped us with other things besides the quote that we initially contacted Vines for. We’re very pleased with Vines thanks to Pete. We’re going with them for our specific tub replacement as well as their HVAC and tankless water heater yearly maintenance.
Update: Pete and Josh did an amazing job with the install. The communication was spot on, they came on time. They didn’t leave until everything was installed and cleaned up. We had a problem with a footing on the tub that we purchased from another company (Home Depot) and it didn’t malfunction until after the install. I contacted Vines and Pete again and he scheduled me within a couple of days to come back to take care of the issue. This time he came back with Dalton and the two of them quickly fixed the problem to beyond our satisfaction and saved us a lot of worry from dealing with Home Depot. Bravo! They didn’t even charge us to come back the second time to ensure everything was ok. Also, Hanna from the main office was wonderful in her accommodating our install schedule, and the return visit. 150% recommend this company. The price was also more than reasonable. Way less than we would have paid in our last hometown. Thank you Pete, Josh, Dalton, and Hanna! We love our new bathtub and fixtures!
